It differs year by year but there certainly could still be snow above 3000m in June. Anything under 3000m should be ok in June I think although it's not certain, snow could fall late.

Please let us know when you cross if the bus still exists and at what price (in USD), please. I updated the Iran-Afghanistan border crossings recently, not the one to Armenia. I should learn to not quote prices in local currency!
