I wouldn't do that without a bus or a taxi, although there are not so many km from turkmenbashi to the border with kazakhstan, it is a very slow trip. And is there transport Turkmenbashi to Aktau? I read about a share jee...

Re: Iran - Turkmenistan - kazakhstan report

Hi Yun, I had the same concerns as you regarding the Turkmenistan transit visa but as Steven says and already said to me in some other post, they understand you don't need visa to Kazakhstan. Re: Bishkek to Istanbul overland - visas, budget and cash withdrawl

Hi Miri, I did the opppsite route changing your Uzbekistan for Kazakhstan. Here are my thoughts. I think you over budgeted a little bit but it's ok if you want to do all the activities you say. I won't discuss that because on my side, I hichhicked all the way, taking some buses in Iran to go around ...

Note ...

Re: Letter of no objection Chinese visa Tehran

Hi! The following is an update for spanish passports. I send an email a couple or three days before going to Tehran. They didn't reply. I went anyway and asked for the letter. You don't have to do the visas queue, you can enter though the main door. Ask the diplomatic police guy outside if you have ...
