Hi khamiman, because of coronavirus officials have managed to shut down the e-visa system and they have reinstated a bribe system. You can only apply through a local tour operator at the moment - see https://caravanistan.com/coronavirus

At the moment, I don't see how that would work. As you say, the border is closed, and if it would open, where would you get tested?
