I've just been in embassy.
As a ukrainian I can not apply for a Chinese visa in Yerevan. They asked for an Armenian residant card, so I think only Armenians can aply for a visa here.
Situation didn' change.

Was in embassy 30 minutes ago. Ukrainians and lebanons need to apply at home.
