There are usually two trains from tashkent south station to andishan. One in the morning, one in the evening. One some days there might be an additional train.

Entered with e-visa by train. No problem. But you have to show the print. Boarding guards had no electronic equipment. They also stamped my visa print.

And if they ever finished the line, that doesn't means there will be a passenger transport. This railway is primarly build for freight-trains.
