Yes...unfortunately still NOT possible. One couple of our China-Transit-Group tried hard to get their visa there. No chance. They even could not enter the embassy. We got our chinese Visa also "on the way" but in our home country (Switzerland) with 2nd passports. We are a unmarried Swiss-German-Coup...

Hi, I would get in touch with the manufacturer of your insulin. They should tell you who's the responsible local representative and he/she should be able to name you the hospitals or farmacies where they deliver. I'm not sure if the embassy knows a lot concerning long acting insulin...
