Finally finally solved the problem of uploading photos for visa. Last night I spent the best part of 4hours loading different sizes of photo (taken on an iPhone) to no avail on a mac computer. Solved the problem today by using the same original photo's taken on my iPhone, transferred to a windows 10...

Having the same problem with photo size tried pixel sixes instead of mm's nothing works. At end of my tether - any ideas folks?
