Re: Valid Pakistan Visa in Old Passport Still Valid?

Thought I'd update this post with the response of the Pakistani consulate here in Dubai as I went to see them earlier today to ask. Was told that visa is still valid but I need to ensure that I do travel with both passports.

Re: Valid Pakistan Visa in Old Passport Still Valid?

Asking as living out here in the UAE, one can travel with a cancelled passport housing a valid residence visa. As there are different immigration rules to acceptance of visas country to country, hence the reason for asking. Not sure what Pakistani immigration views are of this. Hoping someone who ha...

Valid Pakistan Visa in Old Passport Still Valid?

Hi guys, Not sure if anyone has experienced similar. Basically, I have a multiple entry visa to Pakistan which is in my old UK passport. As I have since renewed my passport, thus still have a few months left on this visa, anyone know if I am in need of obtaining a new visa (as the visa is stamped in...

Re: Extending Pakistan visa: Q&A and reports

So I've got a question about extending my visa within Pakistan. Would I be right in thinking that if I stay beyond the actual expiry of my visa by a week or so that I wouldn't need to go to have it extended in Islamabad? So, I have a 30 day visa, single entry. But the visa itself expires on 28th Jul...

NOC for Hunza/Gilgit/Skardu (Pakistan)?

Hi all, Anyone been to Hunza, Gilgit or Skardu very recently? If so, is an NOC required to visit these places? Asking as I know a couple of months ago there was something in the news about not needing an NOC anymore and will be headed up that way when I am in Pakistan in July. If an NOC is required,...

Re: Applying for Pakistani visa from Dubai (UAE)

Thanks for the info. Really appreciate it!

So in the future, what you are saying is if I were to end up marrying her, it's best to have her or her family invite me on a private visa? Would that then mean her family issues the LOI? What visa would that then fall under?

Thanks 😁

Applying for Pakistani visa from Dubai (UAE)

Hi all, Not sure if anyone on here can help out. Basically, planning to apply for a tourist visa from Dubai (where I work and currently reside - I am a British citizen though). Anyone know of anything I should be mindful of before applying? Hear there is a lot of red tape so to speak and almost cert...
