crossed Termez - Hairatan - Termez back in Feb and experience mirrors previous travellers. No issues going from Uzbekistan -> Afghanistan and was fairly quick, with the whole crossing taking a little over 1h as there were quite a few people and the Uzbek side was much slower in processing people.
