Does anyone have any updates on the current situation around the Caucasus? Was planning to fly into Baku, apply for a Turkmen transit visa, then spend a month or so in Georgia/Armenia while that processes, then transit across the sea to Turkmenistan. Re: Corona virus border closures

Does anyone know if these measures also affect people with unused Chinese visas in their passport? I have already got a Chinese visa, but I will probably skip it when I go in a few months.
