They accepted my copy of LOI- managed to check reference number online. But- to be able to apply for visa, you have to have three months kyrgyz visa- stamp valid for two months is just not enought. Yes, they will accept dollars, but maybe not in a good rate, but i think it doesnt matter, you are going to cross the borders just. Anyway you can change on bazar

But there is no street exchange rate- nobody on the streets, bazars change money. The best option is just to withdrawn money from ATM. The second one is to change foreign currency in bank, exchange kiosk, but there will be worse rate

Permit Pamir national park
The information on the internet are mixed, is there needed any additional permit except GBAO? I have just online visa with permit, so there arent stated exact areas.. If yes, it is possible to arrange in Khorogh? What should be the price? Just not to be scammed... I would like to trek around Bulunku...
