Bukhara to Khiva or Nukus - no availability

Btw is it easy to sleep in PlatzKart wagon?

Last year I travelled in Platskartny from Tashkent to Khiva -
it was the best sleep I had in 5 months in Central Asia!

In the open carriages there are many families, and for the sake of the sleep of their small children they make sure everybody keeps quiet, Plus the slow going train rocked me to sleep like a baby...

So for me it is definitely a Yes for Platskartny.

Have you considered flying to Urgench and then working your way back east to TAS? Or have you booked your plane ticket already?

I already booked flight... Cuz for the rest of the trip I needed to follow that path


I wouldn't mind boarding at 4am..I would sleep in Bukhara till 3am and then to the 1st class compartment... Such a pity they don't explain why they don't sell tickets from Bukhara..
