Hello Everyone,
I am about to start a long train ride from Zurich to Vietnam and I'm quite excited about it. I unfortunately stumbled in a first seemingly little problem of my journey: Russian railways website.
Thing is, I successfully purchased my ticket for Moscow, but I can't download the PDF version of it on my user page. The ticket is there, but as soon as I click on the download icon I get a blank page. I tried everything (browser update, different devices, erase cookies).The help center of rzu is a frustrating experience. They take half a day to answer my question and they reply with ready made messages, I actually think they are not even reading them really. Have someone had a similar issue with them? Did I just loose my ticket?

Don't worry, just take a note of the ID document number and the Long order number, then put it into a self-service Kiosk available at Major Russian Train stations and print it out
If it says on your userpage that the ticket is either registered or paid for, you're fine
And I agree, the customer service is poor (and only answer you if you write in Russian, so I always have to Google translate stuff)
