"J. Gurbanov added that works are carried out on organization of passenger transportation via mentioned railway: “Passenger train in this direction has been tested recently. Relevant documents have already been prepared and passenger transportation will be started after they are signed.”"

They are now talking about extending the line to Nakhchivan. Well - let's hope they get passenger trains running on the main line first.

No. As long as the Azeri land border is closed, it's quite clear that nothing will happen. If it opens, wait and see.
