Border crossing Kazakhstan/Kyrgyzstan with rental car

I plan to rent a car in Almaty Kazakhstan to go to Kyrgyzstan
I called several rental car companies and no one allows crossing border.

Do you know any company which allows crossing border Kazakhstan/Kyrgyzstan ?

Try Vladex, we are renting a car from them in September to travel through Kazachstan and Kirgistan, the aditional fee for Kirgistan is as far as I remember 3000 tenge. On polish traveling forums and blogs everyone speaks highly of them.

Edit: also ironhorsenomads rent cars to travle through Kazachstan, Kirgistan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan
