Is late November too late to go to the Ustyurt Plateau and where exactly are the mountains located from the first picture on this guide?

The end of November is a bad time to travel to these places, it is best done in the spring, the month of May. The most spectacular place will be Boszhira (43.413997, 54.073749), you can check this place on Google Maps. But there are many other interesting things.

this 'most spectacular place' is going to be built-up with the hotels because of its growing popularity.
it starts with bozjira safari hotel by rixos owned by fettah tamince from turkey.
rixos has just built rixos water world resort in aktau (open july 2020) visited only during august-october by about 45 thousand people (!!! in spite of covid and high prices) of which 15 thousand visited bozjira and other 'spectacular places' in mangystau with organized trips from the resort, now it is going to buy 80 hectares in bozjira from karakiya akimat.

so - if it comes to implementation, there will be no more 'most spectacular place' bozjira.
and i think it is better not to shout to the world about such places to keep them quiet and preserved natural

The construction of a hotel in Boszhira is not a decided fact, the public is against it. And the fame of this place does not depend on you and me. ))

I understand mazeno, it's not only this place but every were around the world. We are killing this planet so I understand to keep places more secret before all kind "famous" vloggers (damn I hate those) come and make it mainstream. This will attract more attention and tourists then inevitable damage will be done / graffiti.
This is one of the reasons for me to travel again next year for long period to see the last bits of nature before they are gone.

In this case, you should demand the closure of this site, which screams to the whole world about the beautiful and rare places of Kazakhstan. Why are you here? I think that we should protect such places ourselves and call upon all others to do so. And, of course, to show the beauty of such places as a model. And in the end. Do you seriously think that no one except you knows about these natural monuments? And where is the guarantee that your visit will not harm nature? Your beautiful word?

yes, many people know and visit them.
but some of them visit like a believer visits a sanctuary, some like hucksters visit markets.
just for selling it - e.g. earning money from the adverts on their youtube channels.
or just making themselves a facebook hero.
for these places is better to keep such people away.
