OK. Keep such people away from these places. Who's stopping you? I don't quite understand how much damage to nature is caused by video on the Internet. Are you sure that all people who have not taken a photo or video are taking care of nature? It seems to me that this resource has the right position - it shows beauty and encourages to preserve it. What can be done more? Close the whole world from people? Except you? ))

internet makes popularity.
popularity makes hotels (as you can see in bozjira or sharyn).
hotels change a lot environment and landscape - which should be preserved.
that's all.

Absolutely right! Therefore, I never stay in hotels when traveling by car. My car is my home! And let's not feed the parasites from tourism! ))

But this is a completely different topic. I will write about this in more detail for the corresponding topic. OK, finish?

and such thoughts:

years ago, a kind of elite only traveled - people who wanted to discover (in the literal sense), describe, or at least get to know the world.
the later in time, the worse the quality of travelers.
today almost everyone "travels" - the so-called "traveler" (most often bloggers or vloggers, because you can still earn a small penny on it, or at least glory and self-satisfaction of the "likes" gotten) usually goes to drink a beer in the so-called "exotic place" and make some selfies - and usually knows nothing about the destination (maybe except where to buy alcohol), not to mention about discovering or so.

moreover, the panicopandemic did not help to protect the exotic places - on the contrary, people bored and frustrated by sitting at home throw themselves at literally every piece of (popularized earlier) wilderness (which is synonymous with freedom). and thus they improve their convenience and comfort there (e.g. hotels).

i can see it now, in my nearby, while places usually free of people became crowded (and littered), and i have seen it some years ago while meeting on the road people who asked me "where are we, because we have got a gps-track, but have no idea where we are".

wow at least the hotel looks good on the pictures.
maybe in the current situation nobody wants to invest and they have some time to protect it.
But probably if investors want it they bribe and get it.

Yes and why wouldn't they be satisfied with some location a bit further away, so that its just a short drive and they don't ruin the place.
Building something in a place with no supply of water is also silly.

I can only guess. But my guess is that they want a hotel with the special view to attract certain type of clients.
That's why they want to build it just next to the famous rocks.
Imagine, tourists even don't have to go out of the hotel as they can see the Rocks out of their windows. And say: checked, seen Bozzhira.
As the Rocks are the most attractive part of that region and for many instagram users can be enough. I imagine the type of tourists who will be ready to pay for expensive hotel rooms with the special view.
But if they build the hotel somewhere away from the rocks than they'll have to invest lots of money into infrastructure anyway but there won't be a special view. The hotel will be less attractive for their type of clients.

Anyway, I'm not their client as I like to watch nature without
human constructions around. And hope they'll build a hotel in any town or village nearby.
