Buying "trekking" food/supplies in Almaty

Hi,
I was wondering if I could get the following "trekking" food/supplies in supermarkets in Almaty:
- powdered milk (Nido or other)
- chocolate powder (for the milk)
- instant coffee
- cereal/musli
- cereal bars
- some sort of processed/dry meat (like salami/sausages) that can stay out of the fridge
- camping gas (of those that are screwed in the stove)
