I’m renting a car in Osh and dropping it off in Bishkek 12th September. So if you were thinking of renting a car and driving yourself, let me know! (It would save me the cost of getting the company to do it (; )
The car is a Subaru Outback from ‘99, with room for two people to sleep in the back and a roof box.
