Taxis and route planning

Hi all,
Trying to plan a trip to Kyrgyzstan this August, something like Bishkek - Song Kul - Alamedin pass - Bishkek in 11 days. Planning on traveling independently and have been messaging a yurt camp at Song Kul, but need a taxi from Kochkor (if not Bishkek) to Song Kol and back, as well as to the south side of the Alamedin pass if I end up doing that route. I did ask the yurt camp but they wanted 7000 som each way, which I'm interpreting to mean they didn't want to do it. Any recommendations for drivers or agencies out of Bishkek or Kochkor? I don't speak Russian but I'm traveling with people who do.

Also, has anyone crossed the Alamedin pass to/from the old Suusamyr-Kochkorka road?
