Withdraw cash from ATM with Maestro card?

Has anyone used Maestro card, for example from Revolut to withdraw cash from ATM in Bishkek and which Bank recommended?
I heard on the airport only Visa cards work at ATMs.

Thanks, I‘m back already and used ATM 2 times, but by some ATM‘s was not working.
