Kyrgiz train during covid /domestic/

Dear All,

i have found time schedule from Bishkek to Balykchy. But is it going nowadays? Has anyone traveled this route recently?

I am not on the ground, but it is mentioned on the kyrgyz railway page. They do update it, a few months back to Kara-Balta Bishkek trains were cancelled (you can find a news article on their website) and those trains are not mentioned on their schedule anymore.

I took it recently, late June/early July. Departs as scheduled, come 1 hour or 30 minutes before departure as the tickets are not sold in advance. The train is a soviet styie train with only the "platskart" class. I didn't quite understand if you have a designated seat/bed. The trip is slow, but fun and scenic. Fully recommend, even more when the ticket price is less than one euro.

Btw, On Kyrgistan railaay page Balykchy is called Rybachye. It goes everyday until the end of August.
On Bishkek-II it is around 7:10-7:20.
