Kyrgyzstan in November + December

Hey,

I am thinking about extendimg my time in Kyrgyzstan and stay until mid December, majorly in Bishkek and Karakol to hike and ski.
Does anyone have tipps or experiences?

Is Ala Archa near Bishkek still easily accessible and hikeable?

Are you still able to go on day hikes from Karakol?

It depends on the weather, not sure how much snow will be there at that time. Could be a little, could be a lot. Main ski season is past new year, best conditions usually
