Border Permit for Enilchek Glaciers and Central Tian Shan

Hi there,

Do any of you have recommendations for agencies helping with getting Border Permits for Enilchek Glaciers and Central Tian Shan. I'm trekking independantly and I only want the permit. Any suggestions? I'm planning to be in Bishkek around 26/276 July and then at Enilchek around 8th of August.
