Car rental at short notice in Osh

Hi!

I would like to hire a car with driver for the Osh to Khorog part of the Pamir highway in early/mid October. As it is a bit difficult to determine the exact date of my arrival in Osh, I am wondering if it is easy to find a driver at short notice to do the trip, let's say the day before. Any experiences or suggestions?

How about a car (with or without driver) in Bishkek for a 2 or 3 day trip in the area?
