Travel in Kyrgyzstan - How much?

Hello dear friends, I need some advice.
Next year we ( 4 adults and 2 children 11 and 16 years old ) would like to visit Kyrgyzstan. About 2 or 3 weeks.
We try to organize this whole trip alone. Low-budget. We would like to use public transport ( marshrutka, shared taxi etc), but for the part of our travel ( about 7 days ) we need to use 4x4 car with the driver.
Naryn - Koshoi-Korgon - Tash Rabat - Chatyr-Kol lake - Kol Suu Lake - Naryn - Son Kol Lake - Kochkor.
Actually, we don't necessarily like to organize this through a travel agency, because we always think that it's more expensive than just organizing it alone. But one of them sent us an offer for 7 days ( including car, driver, fuel, overnight in yurt and home stay, breakfast, dinner and lunch during the whole trip, border zone permit and one day horseback ).
It should be 255 $ for one person. Maybe it's fanny question, but do you think is it ok?
Or maybe we should find private driver with the car? But the costs ( what I've seen ) only for the car and driver are about 100 $ or more for one day.

Hi Lutnistas, so in total around 1000$ for 7 days? That's a normal quote I think. Renting a car costs between 50 and 120$/day. If they send their own driver they save on that though, since he will not wreck the car like tourists often end up doing - so less repair costs. Guide: 50$/day (yea they earn good money - avg wage in KG 5-10$/day). They get discounts with the homestay owners so they can feed and house you cheaply as well - the more people, the greater the discount. If you count it all out, that is a quote that makes sense imo.
