There is no accommodation up there, maybe you can sleep in someone's yurt and you can definitely camp, but you will have to arrange it on the spot.

Ask the organisation, they reply well on FB.

There are still some rooms available on booking.com. As the rooms are for 3 or 4 ppl, maybe someone would like to share it?

More on camping: it could be nice if any other travelers want to form a campsite with me (US) and my girlfriend (IS)! You can message me on WhatsApp at +212 659-231564

Hi!
I've seen very good pictures of the previous games (can't recall which website unfortunately) and most of them were taken from ground level, with the grandstand of the hippodrome in the background.
Thus I was wondering if the grounds surrounding the hippodrome are easily accessible, including - maybe - during the opening ceremony (I was told today at the post office in Bishkek that there are no more tickets available). I think in some cases you can get a better point of view from the ground.
Any thoughts / feedback based on previous éditions on this?
I was also wondering if it is not hard to access the stands at the hippodrome and the arena on the other days. Since access is free it must get overcrowded pretty fast.

By the way there are now schedules on the website and app.
The website shows rough schedule mentioning the venue and days for each competition. The app is much more precise with detailed hours for each rounds but unfortunately it is a bit hard to use since it cannot be sorted.

Hello all

Are visitors with a US passport still required to register with the government within 5 days of entry? I know that we still have the 60 day visa-free visitation privileges but am unsure about the current registration laws.

Thanks!

Hi all. If anyone needs any camping gear for onward travels we will be at the games from the 3rd to the 9th and have a ton of stuff to unload before we get rid of our car. Most helpful might be camping gas and bug spray but drop me a line on WhatsApp at +13036686967 if you have any questions. We are also staying at Mini Pansionat Kalinka

Also! For people wanting to attend events in Kyrchyn Gorge and the SRC, we will have a car with two tight spots if anyone wants shuttle service :)
