So I arrived in Bishkek yesterday, and Turkish Airlines lost my backpack. I filed a claim and am not sure if I will get it back in the long term (I dont think it is very promising but fingers crossed), but in the short term, my travel insurance covers $250 for delayed baggage expenses (and I cant wear the same shirt for a fifth day in a row

My question to the experts is whether or not there is a "western style mall" as opposed to a bazaar where I can use credit card or otherwise get receipts on my purchases. I went to Osh Bazaar and TsUM today, but I couldn't find places that would give me receipts for my purchases (at least with my limited russian, although google translate proved helpful and funny for the locals!). I read that Bishkek Park has a few western stores, but they are mostly dress attire (US Polo, etc) and not what I need for backpacking. I dont have any multiday treks planned, but I am doing the Pamir Highway in a week so some all-weather gear is essential.
I know it is a specific question, but any advice is much appreciated!
