Arrive into Bishkek at 10:40 if I get a taxi across to western bus station will there still be Marshrutka heading to Cholpon-Ata? Trying to get to opening ceremony for 8 so presume it’s a 4hr drive?

Marshrutkas end around 8pm, afterwards you will have to get a taxi.
