Acc. tipping guide for Pakistan:

In Pakistan, you should tip your tour guide between 200 to 300 rupees (per day) depending on how happy you were. If it is a group tour, 30 to 50 rupees is a reasonable tip. Also tip a few rupees to your driver would be valued.

In Pakistan tip only, if the service was good.

People usually don't give tips in Pakistan so it's kinda normal. if you are satisfied with the service then you can give the driver something between $20-$22 for 18 days

I don't know. There are lots of countries where tipping is not typical, but where tips to tourist guides/drivers are expected and constitute the bulk of their pay. It likely depends on things like how large the company is, how upscale the company is (larger and fancier companies probably pay their guides/drivers very little and instead rely on tips from tourists to attract the guides/drivers), etc.

Your earlier link makes the most sense to me.

Yep, pls keep in mind that Pakistan is not a tipping country, tipping is not obligatory, nothing wrong if you don‘t leave a tip.

Tip only, if you‘re are really satisfied with a service, tip in Pakistan is nice to have and not a „must“.

Btw an average minimum salary is 20 000 PKR (about 92 USD) and most common salary is about 40 000 PKR (184 USD) a month. For example, if you tip your guide: 35-45 USD and 20-25 USD to a driver for 14-18 days tour as a solo traveller, it will be a good and nice tip. :)

Even you can follow this guideline:

In Pakistan, you should tip your tour guide between 200 to 300 rupees (per day) depending on how happy you were. If it is a group tour, 30 to 50 rupees is a reasonable tip. Also tip a few rupees to your driver would be valued. http://www.whototip.net/tipping-in-pakistan

Try to avoid to tip more than an average month salary, otherwise you will destroy the system like in East Africa, for example in Tanzania, where a tip is a must (salary), because local travel agencies stopped to pay their workers.
