Hello,
I traveled this year from France to Almaty, Kazakhstan. I'll continue the trip after winter and i need to change my front tire. It's pretty hard and expensive to find it in Central Asia and as i'm in France right now I would like to bring one with me to Kazakhstan.
I already have flight tickets from France to Istanbul with Air France then Istanbul > Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan with Turkish Airlines.
As i will have to get back my luggage in Istanbul then do again the check-in with Turkish Airlines for my last flight i would like to know if having this tire with me (inside a normal suitcase) may be a problem for the customs. Will i have to pay something to the customs even if i only stay 3-4h in the airport then leave again to Central Asia?
Thanks in advance
