Registration Uzbekistan with dog

Hey, we would like to travel three or four weeks through Uzbekistan and now we read, that we need registration every three days. Our plan was to sleep all days in our camping car, is their any other possibility to get this registration papers? On official camping grounds or so? Or can we go without registration to the border after our trip, if we tell them, that we slept in our camper? I was searching for dogfriendly hotels in the big citys, but it seems to be impossible...

I spent 5 days in Taschkent in Nov `22. When I went back to Almaty the UZ-border police asked me for registration papers - this was quite important.
