Air Samarkand: how to book a ticket?

I'm trying to book a plane ticket on the newish Air Samarkand, from Samarkand to Istanbul. I can choose a ticket and enter all my info on their website, but it seems the website only accepts Uzbek cards (Humopay or UZcard). There's no option for Stripe, which people seem to have success with for the trains. And they don't appear on any of the usual aggregator websites (kayak, google flights, kiwi.com etc.). Any suggestions on how to make a payment, without waiting until I'm in the country?

If that's the case, you will have to ask a local tour operator to book it for you.
