Tashkent airport to city by bus?

Dear all, is it still possible to get to the city centre by public buses from the airport? Is it easy to find outside the terminal somewhere? Or is it just taxis that take you to the city centre? Any indication on the taxi fare?

Bus #62 and #95 dispatch from Airport to city. Fare is 3000UZS(about 30cents)
Taxis are normally between 15000-50000UZS(up to 5$) depending on the distance. You can order taxi by using Yandex Taxi or MyTaxi(usually cheaper and has many times more drivers but might still require getting local sim-card).

One more thing to mention is that Yandex Taxi has recently implemented card payments. Thus you can go essentially arrive at the city cashless and exchange your dollars there.

We walked by the airport bus stop (just 3 days ago) trying to find our Yandex taxi. There were buses coming and going although I am not sure how long you may have to wait for the bus going your way. Also, they can get crowded so would only suggest getting the bus if you have nominal luggage. The fare is 1400, paid directly to the ticket seller who walks around collecting fares.
