No one asked me upon entry or departure for any customs forms. This was for both Uzbek, Tajik and Kazakhstan.

Ok thanks. Can I ask what time you arrived? I’m arriving about 3.30AM and hoping there will be desks open and available to convert cash and get a local SIM.
