LOI from Guesthouse in Samarkand

Does anybody know any hostels or guesthouses that do Letters of Invitation in Samarkand?

I will need a new Uzbek visa, which I am planning on getting in Dushanbe, but do not really want to go back to Tashkent again (if I go through, say, Topchan Hostel, I need to stay there on my first night back).

On a side note.. Topchan hostel in Tashkent prepared LOI for me much cheaper then other offers, but as a place I would never like to stay there again. Kids running around, staff occupying TV area.. Left after one night.

That's the general opinion. It is 8$ cheaper than others, but you have to stay there.

It is actually a law in Uzbekistan that you need to stay there.
