Hi,
in the case of a brazilian applying for the Uzbequi visa and which he plans to do it in Brussels, as there are no Uzbeki embassies in Brazil. Does he need to call the embassy stating that he plans to get the visa there before working with the tour agency to issue the LOI? Or does he first arrange the LOI with the tour agency to that embassy and then, call the embassy?

When calling the embassy is it ok to say that a tour agency is the one providing the LOI?

Cheers

Hi Thomas, if you are getting the visa in Brussels, just state in your LOI application that you are getting the visa in Brussels. The tour operator will take care of the rest. No need to call the embassy in advance.
