cycling wakhan and bartang in may!

i'm planning a bike loop in Pamir mid may to mid june...
I would like to start from Rushon and go south to the Wakhan corridor and Zorkul Lake to reach Murghab via Jarty Gumbez.
And then the idea is to climb Ak-Bajtal and coming back to Rushon via Bartang valley.

I know i will traverse some remote area...does anyone know which kind of weather/terrain i should expect to find in this period??
