Seems like Allianz Global Assistance Globetrotter is the insurance for Silk Route travellers. Might be just for people from the Netherlands (https://www.globetrotterservice.nl/lang-op-reis/) and/or Belgium (https://www.reisverzekeringkorting.nl/b ... ekeringen/)
