Caspian Seal

Hi all

My game is to see all of the pinnipeds of the world. There is very little information about seeing Caspian Seal, other than the fact that they are only in the Caspian Sea. And they are mainly in the north end in the winter and the south end in the summer.

Ideally I would like to find a tour operator that has some insight and can make arrangements. My back up plan is to take a ferry and hope, not really much of a plan.

If anyone has any ideas I would love to hear them.
