Hi, does anyone know if it's still possible for foreigners to stay overnight at Heavenly Lake in a yurt? Older reports say you can just ask when you get there and it's about 50 yuan per person per night but not sure if the political situation has changed that.
Also any accommodation recommendations in Urumqi? It seems few budget hotels take non-Chinese guests anymore.
