The question for me is, how long those registration procedures will endure after COVID. I can imagine, that some countries will be slower in leaving them.
E.g.I thought the US have a registration process since several years (haven't been there since over 20 years).
What is more frustrating is the patchwork of reglementation. E.g. when I visited my parents, the conducter wanted to see my preregistration, and I said no, because visiting near relatives within a certain time frame was exempted from registering and testing at that time. But we both argued with the ordonance, that had exemptions from the rules and even exemptions from the exemptions from the rules...

there will be no "after covid"
like the restrictions did not end decades after 9.11 or bieslan
(before i even have packed ice-axes in my hand luggage which was common, now you cannot take a bottle of water)
who lost on it
common people
not alkaida or isis
everywhere in the world

if we allow to take a little
we allow to take everything
