Interested in Renting of Purchasing 2 Dirt Bikes for a 2 week Journey in Eastern Kazakhstan

As the title mentioned, a friend and I are attempting to plan a 2 week tour of Eastern Kazakhstan on dirt bikes. I can see that some motorcycle rental companies, perhaps rightly, are reticent to rent motorcycles out for that region of the country.

I was wondering if anyone has any other motorcycle rental leads or if anyone is selling, for a reasonable price, used dirt bikes, preferably equivalent to a CRF 250 or DRZ400.
