LOOP NORTH TAJIKISTAN FROM LAKE KARAKUL TO DAMBURACHA AVOIDING KIRGUISTAN

Hello everybody, we are fixing the itinerary in Tajikistan and we are wondering if we can go from the very far north east in lake karakul (road M-41) to the center north of the country (around Damburacha in road A-372). Is there any kind of road/transportation to AVOID crossing to Kirguistan (in road A-372 from Sary-Tash to Karamyk) ?? If not, is it doable to cross to Kirguistan and come back to Tajikistan with a single VISA? What do you recommend? Thank you very much. yeah, sure.
on the karakul turn south-west along kokuibel river valley to kokjar turn, then forward west to the tanimas river valley, pass by three glaciers (grum grzymailo, tanimas two and three) then across the tanimas pass to the fedchenko glacier, then straight on the glacier (be careful of the crevasses and so) to the north for next 70 km, then in altyn mazar turn west along muksu river valley until you reach the road a372.
