pamir highway bike rental

Would it be possible to rent a motorcycle to cross the pamir highway from Dushanbe to Ishkashim? I'd prefer to arrange a drop off as i plan on hiking the Wakhan after arrival in Ishkashim. Also what is the estimated cost for rentals if available?
