There is a timetable on their Instagram page published on 15.03. It is only in Cyrillic. According to it there is a bus leaving from Dushanbe to Panjakent at 07:30 and it costs 70 somoni.
As I am also interested in this bus I will try to mail them and see if they will confirm it.
I asked them on Instagram in Russian and they answered right away. Not sure if the bus is still going on but if it is, it's a small one so go early to secure a place.
We got this bus from Panjakent to Dushanbe. It runs from the bus station just out of town. We got there at 6.30am, bus departed at 7.20am when it was full. It took about 4 1/2hrs. It has a small amount of space in the back which fit two backpacks. Cost 70 som.
There is an Asian Express bus leaving from Dushanbe to Panjakent at 08.00 in the morning. You buy the ticket inside the Asian Express Terminal. We went to the terminal the day before to buy tickets but there was nobody at the counter.
It was hard to get a taxi in the morning to get to the terminal. One taxi Driver refused to drive to the terminal. When we finally got a taxi, he took us to a shared taxi stand, lying that there are no buses. We had to start an argumet with him to take us to the Asian Terminal.
Arrived in Asia Express bus terminal around 6:45am. Bus has arrived and I saw some local swarming the bus and loaded their belongings to the bus. Bus driver didn't sell the ticket and all the locals were waiting on the entrance of the glass door, waiting for it to open. As soon as the glass door to the building opened, all the locals ran (yes literally ran, as if they ran for their life) into the ticket counter and all swarmed the counter, no queue system there.
We waited for approximately 15-20 min until a lady came and sit at the counter. By then, I thought the chance of me getting a ticket would be slim to none since there were so many locals holding their cash ready to race to buy the ticket. Luckily, the lady on the counter started to speak in English and asked me (in English) where I would like to go and asked for my ID. I paid 70 somoni, and then she did the same to all other foreigners. In the end, the bus departed around 8 am making 2 stops. One at a cafe where the driver had breakfast and we used the toilet facilities, one at a local shop where people were selling quruts and dried apricots.
