Penjakent in December

Hi all

I have checked the forums firstly by searching.
I am planning to spend circa 2 weeks in Uzbek/Tajikistan.

The simplest itinerary for us appears to be visiting Tajikistan from Samarkand by heading to Penjakent. We are a couple, and we will be with our 2 year old. I understand there is a hike to the 7th Lake but it seems manageable.

What will the weather be like end of November/beginning of December? Is the trip feasible?

Also as we are flying in to and out of Uzbekistan, do we require a multi entry visa being from the UK? We don't need a visa it seems to go in once and can stay 30 days, but it seems unclear for multi entry
