Short, easy horse trek for inexperienced riders?

Hello Caravanistanians,
We are two Americans flying to Dushanbe on Saturday. We are not especially outdoorsy but we are interested in doing a short horse trek in Tajikistan while visiting this country. Can anyone recommend a company that can do a short trek (max 5 days) for inexperienced riders, and provide camping equipment (we're traveling for 5 months, so we're not dragging camping equipment with us all over the world). Would be grateful for any recommendations from recent and experienced travelers in the region. Thanks in advance.
