Chabysh festival 2016

Hi,

I've looked for information about "at Chabysh" festival and i am confused.
It will happen on the 13 and 14th of August 2016 but where ?
The official website says that it will take place only in Murghab (Tadjikistan) but many people and articles report that it takes also place in Lenin peak base camp in Kirghizstan.

Does someone know if it will also be in Lenin base camp ?

It takes place in 2 places afaik. Cannot find more info atm but cbt in sary mogol should know more.
