Private or Tourist Visa

I am planning on a roadtrip throught he Pamirs with two friends. However the E visa seems to want us to say which tour company I am using - i want to travel budget - without a tour guide. Should I go for the Private visa instead. If so who do I say I am visiting?

Just leave the field open. DO NOT use the private visa, you are a tourist.

For future reference: if there is something in a visa application for the Stans that does not apply to you, just leave it open.
